We ship with a range of couriers depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. This ensures we can off the best delivery service possible.
Couriers include; DHL Parcel, DX Express, Royal Mail, Yodel and a specialist 2 Man Service on Roof boxes.
2-3 Working Days - £3.99 - FREE on UK Orders* over £30 (excludes roof boxes).
All UK Standard Delivery Orders will be dispatched within one working day, subject to cleared payment.
Next Working Day* - From £3.99 (calculated at checkout). Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm would arrive Monday.
(99% of Next Day Orders are delivered on time, although in rare circumstances it can take up to 2 Days.)
All UK Express Delivery Orders will be dispatched same-day (Mon-Fri) when placed before 2pm GMT, subject to cleared payment.
3-4 Working Days* - £14.95
Sent via a two person delivery service, placed in a room of your choice (available to mainland Great Britain addresses only).
*Delivery surcharges may apply on Orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, UK Islands & parts of Scotland (these charges will automatically be calculated when you reach the checkout). Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, we do not ship parcels on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We currently do not ship products internationally outside of the UK.
Under Royal Mail’s guidelines items can only be considered missing after 14 working days have passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier. All items are shipped with either full tracking, or delivery confirmation tracking.
