Ordering & Account Information
Our customer service hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email, depending on courier this email may contain tracking information. Please see our delivery information page for further details.
Orders sent via our courier will have tracking information included in the dispatch email. Order posted with Royal Mail will usually take 2-3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 14 Days. If your order was dispatched more than 7 days ago, please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, very often parcels will be held here for collection.
In each product detail page we indicate a dispatch time, usually 24 or 48 hours. This is the time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. After this you will need to allow for the couriers delivery time. Please see our delivery information page for more info. Our shipping days are Mon-Fri, we do not post on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
With products showing a dispatch time of 24 hours we aim to dispatch these orders the same day if ordered before 2pm. This is not always possible depending on the days workload. Please see our delivery information page for more info.
Addresses and products can be changed up to the point of dispatch, simply email hello@driveden.com with the changes.
We are currently unable to serve customers at any of our sites, all orders need to be placed online for delivery.

Unfortunately Zip is no longer operating in the UK, those with outstanding payments to be made can complete these directly with Zip (contact details for Zip found on your first Zip email will remain valid until your contract ends). We offer both a Royal Mail standard economy option and Parcelforce Express 24h courier deliveries. Express options are not available on all products and will be detail in the checkout. Please see our delivery information page for more info.

We take care to ensure your order will reach you in great condition. We will either box your order or use thick poly bags. We also barcode scan all orders to ensure you receive the correct parts first time.
It will depend on the item but in most cases if you place an order before 2pm on a weekday, we can dispatch the same afternoon. If express delivery is chosen at checkout, the item should be with you the next working day.
Our confirmation of dispatch emails will include tracking details where appropriate but if you are experiencing any issues with the courier and the delivery of your order, please send us an email (hello@driveden.com) and we can look into this further for you.
With express delivery you should receive your item the next working day.
All UK Express Delivery Orders will be dispatched same-day (Mon-Fri) when placed before 2pm GMT, subject to cleared payment.

We are unable to offer trade discount at this time, however if you are looking to order more than 10 of a single item please contact us via hello@driveden.com for a reduced price.
Your VAT receipt is attached to your order dispatch email. If for some reason you do not receive this, please email your request to hello@driveden.com
Not a problem at all, we will send a VAT invoice as an attachment with your confirmation of dispatch email.
We do offer NHS / Military discount - if you can email us directly from an email that shows you are a member of one of these organisations, we can provide you with a discount code.

We do not provide a fitting service, however we are more than happy to provide advice on this as we have lots of experience in fitting the various roof bar sets we stock.

We stock a large range of boot liners and interior mats for various vehicles. The best way to search for the correct item will be to use our website's in-built car registration tool, or to use the filters to reduce the options down for your specific vehicle.

Yes, the Thule pro carriers are 100% compatible with our wing bars and attach using the T-bolt system.
Our current range will be shown on the DriveDen website but our supplier, Gledring, is continually updating their range and we add new sets to the site each month.
If you have a particular vehicle in mind please let us know via hello@driveden.com and we can check with Gledring to see if they are in the process of providing mats for this vehicle.
Unfortunately there are some models that we do not have any roof bar options for, however please do contact us if you cannot find a solution for your vehicle and we will double check for you.
The correct roof box will be dependent on both the vehicle you have and the roof bars you have/purchase.
We will be happy to advise further if we are provided with the full vehicle details.
The roof bars don't come with roof box fixings, these should come with the roof box itself.
They will likely either be u-shaped clamps, or the more modern type 'quick attachment' fixings.
You would need to check the size of the u-shaped clamps as some of these can be smaller than the width of modern aero or wing shaped roof bars, but as long as they are at least 80mm, they should be fine for either square roof bars or the 'aero' type.
The 'quick attachment' type clamps are made for modern roof bars and should fit any in the ranges we sell from Farad, Modula and Thule, including Wing shaped bars.
It's hard to give specific heights for each of our roof bars as most vehicles have different roof curves and when weight is applied to the bars they will flatten a little. The middle of bars for instance will be a little higher than the edge of the bars. The top of the bar is normally around 11.5cm above the roof. For roof bars fixed to longitudinal roof rails most sit around 6cm from the rail to the top of the bar (approx. 4cm to the underside of the bars).
In general this is possible, however it does depend on what vehicle you have, what the new vehicle is, and also which roof bars you have.

In this situation it will depend entirely on which vehicle you had originally bought the roof bars for, and which vehicle you have now.
In some cases it will be possible to just buy a new fitting kit and keep the same bars, however it is often the case that different vehicles require different length roof bars. In this situation, an entirely new set of roof bars would be required.

Both the small and large bumper protector will fit any Gledring boot liner.
The deciding factor on the bumper protector is the width of the vehicles boot opening (flat area).
Unfortunately, we are unable to match keys.
You will need the THULE one lock system available direct from THULE.
Our Advice Centre contains some useful information regarding the fitting of any roof-mounted accessories.
In most cases, bike carriers will come with T-Track or U-Clamp fixings, and so it will depend which roof bars you have exactly as to which is the best way to fix the carrier.

As long as the instructions have been followed exactly, the fitment should be absolutely fine.
If you are unsure about any instructions or how the items look once fitted we can offer advice, but it is always up to the user to ensure correct fitment and safety before using the product.
Generally speaking, yes. Most roof bars will come with a t-track slot on the top and most bike carriers will come with t-track adaptors so they secure into this slot, rather than clamping around the bars.
If you are unsure of this at all, please send us an email with photos showing how the bars are currently fitted. We will be able to offer advice on how to adjust the bars, or we can confirm if they are fitted correctly and will be safe to use.

You may also need to check the filters on the left of the page and select that your vehicle has roof rails.
The dog guard fits to the seat headrest fittings so should not interfere with the parcel shelf.
It is generally only recommended to use a roof tent on vehicles that have roof rails or fixed points. It is not recommended to use a roof tent on vehicles that have a normal, plain roof.
With regards to the number of occupants, please take note of the weight limit for the bars and vehicle. Some bars are tested up to 100kg, but the vehicle itself may have a lower limit. We include notes regarding this where possible, but we would always advise checking a vehicle's handbook to confirm the vehicle's specific roof load capacity.
All of our sets (unless otherwise specified) come complete with everything required to install to your vehicle (x2 bars and foot pack).
Product issues & fixes
The Modula fitting kit recommended for a 2014 Nissan Juke is MOCSKT175, available as follows:

The boot liners will come rolled and once put in the vehicle, will flatten over a couple of days.
We would recommend that you put the liner in the car and place items on it to hold it in position. The warmer weather helps too and the process should be quite quick. We roll them to avoid creases.

If the bars are fitted to roof rails, you could try moving them forwards/backwards on the rails to find a spot where they create less wind noise, as sometimes the positioning can affect this.
If not and the bars are in a fixed position (either via clamps inside the door frames or specific fixed points on the roof), then you could try wrapping a cord or similar around the bars as this will break up the air flow significantly.
Please also note, if the bars are not being actively used to carry any accessories or items, it is recommended to remove them and re-fit when required. Bars without any accessories fitted will likely create more wind noise than when items are fitted on top.
Also square/steel bars are likely to create more wind noise than aero/wing/aluminium options.

Our DriveDen mats will not have a strong rubber odour, as they are made from a modern and flexible TPE rubber material.
The Gledring mats are also made from an odourless rubber, but have a light vanilla fragrance added to the material.
Product Availability

We do not specifically list the unique key tools but if you contact us via hello@driveden.com with a photo of the lock shape on your Farad feet, we can check if we have spares of the corresponding key and we can arrange a custom order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to request manufacturer of bespoke sets.
However, if the vehicle is very new then it is possible our supplier will be in the process of designing and manufacturing a new template to fit this model.

Walser do not state an exact setting for the microwave but from our experience with this type of product, you would need to keep the power/temperature quite low, such as 600W for around 5 minutes.
